Educational Leadership and Policy Studies: Higher Education

Oklahoma State University offers two graduate degrees for individuals who desire to concentrate on the study of postsecondary education:

The goal of both programs is to develop leaders who can
  • lead higher education institutions effectively,
  • posses a broad understanding of postsecondary education,
  • conduct scholarly research, and
  • contribute to the development of the profession.

The coursework offers comprehensive exposure to the complex issues facing higher education today. Within this context, students focus on the issues or problems of special interest to them.
