Dr. Lee received her PhD from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, and her work has been recognized by American Psychological Association, especially Division 17 and Division 45. Dr. Lee’s primary research interests include the career development of women and ethnic minorities including international students in U.S. She is also interested in multicultural competency in academic and workplace settings. She enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with her friends and family.

About the Lab:

Multicultural Vocational Psychology Lab at Oklahoma State University conducts research that examines psychological and multicultural factors related to gender and ethnic minorities’ career development. 

Our lab is open to both students and faculties who are interested in multicultural vocational issues in academic or working settings.  Research team meetings typically occur once a week for 1 hour over the semester.
