The College of Education is currently accepting applications for a premier student leadership opportunity, the Executive Team for the 2017 Education, Health and Aviation Week.
About Education, Health and Aviation Week
Entering its second year, Education, Health and Aviation Week is an opportunity for faculty, staff and students in the College of Education to connect with one another and build awareness about College of Education programs for the broader OSU community. The week features strategic events and programming aimed at recruiting and retaining students and engaging faculty, staff, donors and alumni. Education, Health and Aviation Week will be held in April 2017.
The Executive Team’s Responsibilities
The six-person Executive Team, comprised of one executive director and five executive team members, will be responsible for planning, coordinating, promoting and executing all programs, events and activities associated with Education, Health and Aviation Week. This includes overseeing specific steering committee assignments, attending weekly meetings, selecting events and programming along with setting goals for their steering committee.
The application be found here and or picked up in Willard 106. Completed applications must be submitted to Willard 325-V by 5 p.m. on Monday, October 24. To be eligible for selection, candidates must have completed two semesters within the College of Education, have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher and be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at OSU (Stillwater campus) pursuing a degree in the College of Education.
