Promotions Approved for College of Education Faculty

At the June 20, 2014, OSU/A&M Board of Regents meeting, several College of Education faculty members were among those approved for title changes.
Bert Jacobson was promoted from professor to the honorary title of Regents Professor. Jacobson is also the M.B. Seretean Endowed Professor in Wellness.
Two individuals were promoted from associate professor to professor: John Romans, applied health and educational psychology; and John Foubert, educational studies. Romans also serves as the Interim Associate Dean of Graduate Studies, Research and Outreach.
Faculty receiving promotions from assistant professor to associate professor (action grants tenure) were: Chad Depperschmidt, educational studies; Julie Koch, applied health and educational psychology; and Tami Moore, educational studies.
In addition, assistant professors Kimberly Davis, teaching and curriculum leadership; Seung Ho Moon, teaching and curriculum leadership; Katherine Curry, educational studies; Ben Solomon, applied health and educational psychology; and Jennifer Volberding, applied health and educational psychology, have been reappointed.
