Hobbies: When I’m not at work, I am supporting Stillwater High School softball (because my significant other is a coach). Or, I am crafting, watching Netflix, or being outside (anything from running to finding new hobbies outside to swimming to walking the cross country trails on campus).
Favorite Music: I really enjoy Christmas music all year round.
Favorite Movie: Either Green Street Hooligans or Beauty and the Beast. I know, complete opposites.
Favorite Book: I love to read. I will read just about anything. But, right now, my favorite book is The Writing Class. It hooked me in really quickly! But a classic that I love is The Picture of Dorian Gray.
Favorite Quote: “Sure, there’s bad stuff in the world, but there’s also you. You can be anything that you want today, so be bold, be kind, and be awesome, repeat. It’s like shampoo, but with your life.” – Kid President
Best Advice for College Students: My best advice, that I wish I could have given myself when I was in college, actually comes from Andy Bernard from “The Office”. In the last episode of the series, he says, “I wish there was a way to know you’re in the good old days before you’ve actually left them.” I just wish that every college student can see and know that they are in the good old days right now. Don’t take that for granted.
Favorite OSU Moment: My favorite OSU moment has been my transition to working in The College of Education, Health and Aviation. Everyone has been so welcoming and kind to me as I begin this journey. I have learned a lot and I always think that is exciting.
Favorite Web Site: I’m always on Instagram, let’s be honest.
My Sorority: Kappa Delta
