LGBTQ+ Advocacy and Leadership in Greece
Investigate LGBTQ+ leadership and advocacy through an educational lens while exploring the rich history and vibrant culture of Greece. This two-week, three-credit travel course, seated in central Athens, will help you better understand the context of gender and sexual minorities from an international perspective. Advocacy and leadership seminars will include meetings with local LGBTQ+ advocates/activists in Athens and surrounding areas. Daily tours and targeted experiences across Athens; to the islands of Poros, Aegina, and Hydra; and to the Temple of Delphi have been selected to support the development of your global competencies.
