We can help you visually communicate your message and tell your story.
Our photography and video work focuses on promoting the college to external audiences.
We prioritize high impact storytelling with editorial style photos, and we regularly
cover college-wide events and capture photos and video footage that represent the
college for marketing pieces, social media and more.
You will find guidance below on head shots as well as group photo requests. For all
other photo or video inquiries, please contact multimedia producer Kelly Kerr
(kelly.kerr@okstate.edu) to schedule a time to discuss your project or event.
Head Shots
Faculty and staff requests for professional head shots can be directed to OSU Brand Management, which offers a monthly portrait day in an on-campus studio. Please email Elizabeth Rogers (eliroge@okstate.edu) for more information on scheduling. We are unable to offer professional head shots for students. Each semester, OSU Career Services schedules head shot days for students.
General Requests for Group Photos
If your photo is going to be used electronically, we encourage you to have someone
within your organization take the photo. Most phone cameras take very high-quality
images. If your photo will be printed, we have professional cameras available for
check out. Contact Kelly Kerr (kelly.kerr@okstate.edu) or stop by 203 Nancy Randolph Davis West to check out a camera or with questions.
Photo Tips:
- Shoot outside, weather permitting
- Shoot in the shade whenever possible
- Fill your frame with your subject.
- Have fun with the shoot.
