We can help you visually communicate your message and tell your story.
Our photography and video work focuses on promoting the college to external audiences.
We prioritize high impact storytelling with editorial style photos, and we regularly
cover college-wide events and capture photos and video footage that represent the
college for marketing pieces, social media and more.
Have an activity or event you'd like us to capture? Submit your request through our

Head Shots
Once a semester, our team offers a professional head shot day for CEHS Faculty and
Staff. Details are shared via the email listservs and the bi-weekly faculty and staff
newsletter.
OSU Brand Management offers a monthly portrait day in an on-campus studio. Please
email Elizabeth Rogers (eliroge@okstate.edu) for more information on scheduling.
We are unable to offer professional head shots for students. Each semester, OSU Career
Services offers head shot days for students.
General Requests for Group Photos
If your photo is going to be used digitally, we encourage you to have someone within
your organization take the photo. Most phone cameras take very high-quality images.
Photo Tips:
- Shoot outside, weather permitting
- Shoot in the shade whenever possible
- Fill your frame with your subject.
- Have fun with the shoot.
