When possible, please submit this intent form at least ONE MONTH (20 business days) prior to the application submission deadline. This gives us the ideal amount of time to:

• reach out to other colleges or external partners that may be involved with your proposal to obtain necessary documents,
• work back and forth with you to finalize your budget and budget justification,
• start the routing process with enough time to receive all approvals prior to the application submission deadline.
