College of Education, Health and Aviation Scholarships
The College of Education, Health and Aviation (EHA) supports the educational pursuits of our students through college-wide and program-specific scholarships. These awards, which are made available through the generosity of alumni and friends, are granted based on a variety of factors, including major, field of study, academic classification, talent, leadership, GPA, financial need, etc. A complete list of EHA scholarships is available via the university catalog.
To be eligible for EHA scholarships, you must be a currently enrolled EHA graduate student, currently enrolled EHA undergraduate student or currently enrolled OSUTeach student (with a declared major in biological science, chemistry, geology, physics or mathematics and an option in secondary teacher certification). Students who meet this eligibility criteria and wish to be considered for EHA scholarships must submit an EHA scholarship application via this webpage between November 1 and January 5.
Incoming freshmen and transfer students do not need to complete the EHA scholarship application; your OSU admission application serves as your scholarship application. As such, you must submit your completed OSU admission application (including essays) by November 1 for early opportunity awards or February 1 for priority scholarship consideration for EHA scholarships.
If you are selected to receive an EHA scholarship, you will be notified via an email from Elizabeth Whitfield, EHA scholarship coordinator. These email notifications, which will be made during the spring semester, will include instructions on how to accept your scholarship and information regarding EHA’s annual reception for scholarship donors and recipients.
