- What should we expect if the weather is bad (rain, snow, etc.)? Barring significant safety concerns, we will walk rain or shine, so please plan accordingly! We recommend rain jackets and umbrellas. If weather is unsafe for us to tour in, we will either modify our day’s activities to occur inside or will contact you in advance to reschedule.
- What should I wear/bring to Prospective Student Day? Comfortable walking shoes and weather/temperature appropriate clothing are the most important! You may also consider bringing a water bottle. OOS will provide you with informational material on the program as well as some OOS swag items upon arrival (i.e. cup, pen, notepad, stickers, etc.).
- Prospective Student Day occurs on a school day. Can OOS write a letter to excuse me from school? Yes, OOS is more than happy to provide students attending Prospective Student Day a letter excusing them from school for a college tour. Please email ooscholars@okstate.edu to request and we will email back a letter no later than the next business day.
- I have additional questions. Who can I contact?
