Celebrating 100 Years

In 2024, the Cleo L. Craig Child Development Lab will mark its 100th anniversary at Oklahoma State University! 


As the second oldest land-grant university-based child development lab in the nation, the CDL has served the Stillwater community in various iterations since it first opened as a nursery school in 1924.

  • Ramona Ware Emmons Paul Speaker Series

    In conjunction with with the CDL Centennial, the Department of Human Development and Family Science will host series of early childhood experts on campus.

  • Cleo L. Craig Child Development Lab – Birthday Party

    April 6, 2024 | 3:00-5:00 p.m. | Willard Lawn 

    CDL Tours: 1:30-3:00 p.m. 

    The campus and Stillwater communities are invited to join us for the CDL’s 100th birthday party! The party is family-friendly and will include a pizza lunch, bounce houses and carnival-style activities for kids of all ages and a birthday cake. RSVP Here
