Family Therapy
We help families navigate a variety of challenges, including communication difficulties, parenting concerns, discipline problems, adolescent behavior issues, school-related stress, family transitions, and conflict between family members. Family therapy can help strengthen relationships, improve understanding, and create healthier patterns of interaction at home.
Child and Adolescent Therapy / Play Therapy
We work with children, adolescents, and their families who are experiencing behavioral difficulties, anxiety, depression, school-related stress, separation anxiety, friendship concerns, family conflict, and life transitions. Using age-appropriate approaches, we help young people express emotions, build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and develop confidence.
Our clinic includes a specialized play therapy room and offers child-centered play therapy, directive play therapy, and filial therapy, which actively involves parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process.
Divorce Adjustment Counseling
We support individuals, couples, and families navigating separation or divorce. Therapy can help clients cope with loss, adjust to changing family roles, strengthen co-parenting relationships, and adapt to new life circumstances with greater confidence and resilience.
Remarriage and Blended Family Counseling
We help families navigate the unique challenges of blending households, building new relationships, establishing roles and expectations, and adapting to changes within the family system. Therapy can support stronger connections among family members and help create a healthy foundation for family life.
