Welcome to the Office for Equity & Inclusion in the College of Education and Human
Sciences! This is a space and place where faculty, students, and staff can serve as
agents of social and cultural change to ignite transformative learning opportunities
in scholarship/research, teaching, and community outreach.

the cowboy family a vibrant and inclusive culture. With a student-to-faculty ratio
of 20:1, we will help you prepare for the future by providing the academic support

Equity and Inclusion PrinciplesThe Equity and Inclusion principles serve as an aspirational guiding document for CEHS to enable us to do the following:

a “unified” understanding for how we as scholars/researchers, practitioners, staff and students engage in equity and inclusion work.
Claim
our own narrative for equity-based faculty, staff and student initiatives to counteract external misinformation.
