Euphoria Sponsor Form

Each year we solicit sponsors to help offset the cost of putting together an award-winning Fashion Show.  Last Year COVID-19 caused us to cancel the fashion show and due to the economic issue we have decided not to ask for sponsors in 2021. 

If you are interested in sponsoring Euphoria 2022, please fill out the Sponsor Form below and we will get back to you.  The Fashion Show 2022 will be held in April (TBD).

Sponsorship Categories:

Name or logo will be listed in program, on the Euphoria Website and on the Welcome Sponsor kiosk. The top 3 sponsors will have their name or logo printed on a photo backdrop.

Donation to Silent Auction
Fast Fashion ($100 - $200) – Company name in program and welcome display
Contemporary ($250 - $499) – One General admission ticket
Trendsetter ($500-$999) – Two General Admission tickets
Fashion Icon and Fashion Elite ($1000-4,999) – Two VIP tickets with reserved seating
Couture ($5,000+) – Four VIP tickets with reserved seating

Logos should be attached in PDF, JPEG, or EPS file format with a resolution of 300 dpi.
