Program Highlights

  • Tour the streets of Hanoi, Temple of Literature
  • Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, one of the most ancient pagodas in Vietnam
  • Visit Hoan Kiem Lake to see the radiantly colored Huc Bridge and Ngoc Son Temple
  • Watch a water puppet play at Thang Long Water, which dates back to the 11th century when villagers would wade into the flooded rice fields and entertain one another
  • Embark on a 30-minute drive to 700-old ceramic village, Bat Trang Pottery Village situated on the banks of the red river
  • Take what you learn in class and go the streets of Hanoi to learn about street food. Hanoi is a paradise for lovers of street food and the city's best dishes can be found on its bustling sidewalks, where the air is filled with the aroma of lemongrass, chili, cilantro and other fresh herbs.
  • A guided tour of Ninh Binh, enjoy a leisure cycling trip between 10-15km up to your wish and appreciate the immersed seasonal rice fields and agriculture life. Then roll up your sleeves, put on your boots and take part in the fun daily life activities with local fishermen/farmers.
  • Get on a rowing boat trip to the Galaxy Cave recently discovered in 2007 due to its small size gateway and its hidden location in the rained forest on Tuong mountain.
  • Fly into Ho Chi Minh City and take a guided tour of Saigon City
  • Finish the program with farewell Vietnamese Cooking Class
