We will do our best to contact you within 24 hours to complete a free 10-15 minute phone intake consultation. A therapist will call to schedule your first session once a phone intake has been completed. You can also call us at 405-744-5058 to request an appointment over the phone.

 

The Center for Family Services is not an emergency mental health provider and may not immediately receive this message. If this is an emergency, please call 911.

 

Anyone over the age of 18 must request and schedule their own appointments.
