Undergraduate Research Application

 

The Motivation in Classrooms Laboratory is a research lab on the OSU campus consisting of OSU doctoral students and faculty from all around the world. Its mission is to conduct research dedicated to understanding classroom environments that support the motivation of under-represented and historically marginalized students in the state of Oklahoma and beyond.  

  

The lab is currently looking for up to two undergraduate assistants who would like to get involved with a variety of projects, including conducting research, writing practice briefs for local school districts, and other tasks. Expectations for this position include attending a weekly, one-hour meeting throughout the 2023-2024 academic year. Doing so will provide opportunities to get involved in a variety of research studies and other types of projects, making this is an excellent way to gain research skills and experiences that can effectively prepare you for graduate studies.
