that encourage intentional student engagement, reflection, growth and the pursuit
of your maximum potential.
CEHS Cowboy Connection Fair
Connecting You With Student Organizations
Explore involvement and leadership opportunities with students currently involved
in organizations relevant to your major and passions. You can also receive coaching
to navigate the various any student organization application processes.
Emerging Leaders Alliance
Leadership Development Program
Select second-semester freshmen and sophomores focus on supporting students’ growth
as servant leaders. Through experience-based seminars and a group-led service project,
students further develop their competencies in self-awareness, self-management, social
mindfulness, relationship management and leadership.
Student Recognition
We want students to be recognized for their hard work and accomplishments at the college
and university levels and beyond. Staff in the Watson Family Student Development Center
encourage students’ pursuits of such recognition by providing workshops and individual
consultations to enhance the quality of students’ award applications and support their
success throughout the selection processes.
