Professional Pilot Secondary Application
Due to industry demand and unprecedented enrollment, the BS in Aerospace Administration and Operations, professional pilot option requires a secondary application for admission, which is fall admission only and limited to a maximum of 85 students per year.
Deadline
For incoming freshmen, a completed undergraduate admissions application and the professional pilot secondary application must be received by November 1. Decisions will be announced by January 1.
For transfer students, a completed undergraduate admissions application, with up-to-date transcripts and secondary application must be received by November 1. Decisions will be announced by January 1.
The secondary application is available in students’ admission portal status page, under the “opportunities” tab, once they have applied to the university.
Transcripts
As part of the undergraduate admissions application, students will submit all updated academic transcripts (high school and college, if applicable). Transfer students with fewer than 24 college credit hours earned will be required to submit updated ACT/SAT scores.
All updated high school transcripts, non-OSU college transcripts and/or updated ACT/SAT scores should be submitted to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at admissions@okstate.edu.
Students wishing to use VA Educational Benefits: Unfortunately, the Oklahoma State University professional pilot option is not certified for the use of VA Educational Benefits. Students accepted into the professional pilot option wishing to use VA Benefits can declare the technical services management option to use VA Benefits for most academic courses, but the VA will not be able to certify flight laboratory courses or contribute to the Flight Center fees.
