OSU GRIP is a collaboration between the School of Kinesiology, Applied Health and Recreation and the Cowboy and Cowgirl golf programs to research and improve athlete performance.

Golf performance

Backed by research
OSU (GRIP) Golf Research, Innovation and Performance Center conducts in-depth research with Oklahoma State University’s elite college golfers, by identifying and measuring variables that contribute to player readiness and performance including sleep, hydration, strength, power and more. The first-of-its kind research center will translate findings to all levels of golf.

Data Driven

GRIP aims to be data driven though the collection of key performance variables related to golf. With the goal of enhancing the performance of golfers and the OSU Team through player monitoring, assessment, strength and conditioning programming, recovery and injury tracking.
