OSU GRIP is a collaboration between the School of Kinesiology, Applied Health and
Recreation and the Cowboy and Cowgirl golf programs to research and improve athlete
performance.

OSU (GRIP) Golf Research, Innovation and Performance Center conducts in-depth research
with Oklahoma State University’s elite college golfers, by identifying and measuring
variables that contribute to player readiness and performance including sleep, hydration,
strength, power and more. The first-of-its kind research center will translate findings
to all levels of golf.
Data Driven
GRIP aims to be data driven though the collection of key performance variables related
to golf. With the goal of enhancing the performance of golfers and the OSU Team through
player monitoring, assessment, strength and conditioning programming, recovery and
injury tracking.
