Human Performance Lab
Improving performance and quality of life
The Human Performance Lab focuses on applied research aimed at improving overall health,
fitness and performance across the lifespan.
Research
Undergraduate students in the applied exercise science program and graduate students in the master's and the doctoral programs work alongside faculty to conduct diverse research projects, gaining valuable
hands-on experience.
