Pre-requisite courses may be taken at another university, if offered. Consult with the program director to ensure course equivalency.
**Post-bac students are not required to take NSCI 2211, NSCI 4111, and NSCI 3440. KRDNs are met in these courses. Post-bac students will take a one-credit hour independent study to ensure KRDNs met in these courses are met by the student.
Applying to the MS/DI:
Students will have the opportunity to apply to the MS/DI program via preselect in December of their post-bac fall semester.
* To finish in ~2-2.5 years with post-bac and MS/DI, apply to the Dietetics Practice option.
Those who complete the post-bac certificate will be awarded a DPD verification statement. The OSU Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) is accredited through 2028 by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (the Academy), 120 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 2190, Chicago, IL 60606, (800) 877-1600 x 5400.
