Tuition and Fees
Tuition
Tuition costs vary based on the classroom to which the child is assigned. Standard tuition includes a 7.5 hour session from 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Before-school (7 – 8 a.m.) and after-school (3:30 – 5 p.m.) programs are available for an additional cost.
Tuition is charged for the full year with 10 equal monthly installments. Tuition cost is not reduced during holidays, program breaks, family vacations, schedule adjustments or absences. We do not offer pro-rated billing for any circumstance.
A late payment fee of $15 is assessed for tuition payments not paid on time. All payments are subject to the rules and regulations established by Oklahoma State University. If payments are 10 business days overdue without prior arrangement, a one-week notice of enrollment termination may be given. Billing will continue through the child’s last day of the program, with no pro-rated option.

Late Pick-Up Fees
We will assess late fees to parents who do not pick up their children before the 3:30 p.m. closing time (or 5:30 p.m. closing time for those enrolled in after-school care). A $10 fee will be assessed beginning at five minutes after closing and for every additional five minutes, or portion thereof, until the child is picked up. The parent will be notified in writing, and the assessed fee will appear on the next month’s bill.
Scholarships and Financial Aid
Scholarships are available for those who qualify based on the family’s net household income and the number of persons living in the household. Scholarships are generously provided by the Dr. James and Ann Halligan Endowed Scholarship fund and the Mya’s Promise Foundation. In addition to submitted a scholarship request form, you will be required to submit two most current IRS 1040 returns and a description of any special financial circumstance that your family may have encountered within the designated time.
