Past Conferences
- 2024 Hybrid Conference
The 2024 National Conference for Hidden Student Populations was held in a hybrid format, including in-person activities and virtual presentations. The conference was hosted at The University of Texas–San Antonio from February 28 to March 1, 2024. Three new teams were seated, and two teams are continuing from previous years. In-person activities included collaborative writing time, work of teams, and community-based discussion. Presentations of empirical research and practices, as well as think tanks, were broadcast live.

- 2022 Conference
The National Conference for Engaged Scholarship on Hidden Student Populations (NCHP) was held September 14-16, 2022, at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The in-person conference included empirical research presentations, both traditional and arts-based. New research teams were seated and completed planning for research to be conducted for the 18 months following the conference.

- 2021 Virtual Conference
Due to impacts from COVID-19, the National Conference for Engaged Scholarship on Hidden Student Populations was held virtually on September 15 and 16, 2021, and included research updates from pre-existing conference research teams and additional original, empirical research presentations.

2020 Conference
The National Conference for Engaged Scholarship on Hidden Student Populations was the first of its kind dedicated to this interdisciplinary area of study. The inaugural conference was held on February 19-20, 2020, in Washington, D.C., and included research presentations and networking activities. Six research teams were established to design and conduct research. Financial support was provided by the Spencer Foundation.
